At QuantumHive, we are committed to providing high-quality AI infrastructure solutions and services. We understand that sometimes circumstances may require a refund. This policy outlines our refund terms and process.

Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • The service was not delivered as described
  • Technical issues prevented service delivery
  • You cancel within the specified cancellation period
  • The service was purchased but not used

Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis depending on the specific service and circumstances.

Services vs. Products

Professional Services:

Due to the custom nature of our AI infrastructure services, refunds for consulting and implementation services are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us to discuss your specific situation.

Software Subscriptions:

Monthly subscriptions can be canceled at any time. Refunds for unused portions of a monthly billing cycle may be provided at our discretion.

One-Time Purchases:

Refunds for one-time purchases must be requested within 30 days of purchase. Digital products that have been downloaded or accessed may not be eligible for full refund.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order or subscription details
  3. Explain the reason for your refund request
  4. Allow 1-2 business days for initial response

Processing Time

Once your refund is approved:

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days
  • Stripe refunds may take an additional 5-14 business days to appear on your statement
  • You will receive confirmation via email when the refund is processed

Cancellation Policy

Subscription Cancellations:

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for the remaining period unless required by law.

Service Cancellations:

For custom implementation projects, cancellations must be requested in writing. Refunds for work not yet completed will be prorated based on the work done.

Stripe Payment Refunds

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. When you receive a refund:

  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method
  • Stripe handles all payment processing securely
  • Your payment information is never stored on our servers
  • All transactions are protected by Stripe's security measures

  • Custom development work already completed
